Company Description PROSEM Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is a fully integrated supplier of electronic manufacturing equipment, services, and software for the PCBA (Surface Mount Technology) industry. Founded by professionals with extensive PCBA experience, the company offers a broad portfolio including SMT stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI equipment, glue dispensers, and PCB routers.

PROSEM also provides specialized process equipment such as paste height measurement systems, reflow profilers, and component counters, along with pre-owned equipment options. Its software solutions support centroid extraction from Gerber files, centroid generation from scanned PCBs, and auto insertion machine programming, enabling customers to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Engineer role based in Pune City.

The Sales

Engineer will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers in the PCBA and SMT sector, presenting technical solutions, and demonstrating equipment and software capabilities. Daily activities include conducting product demos, preparing proposals and quotations, responding to technical queries, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution design. The role involves managing the full sales cycle,



maintaining long-term customer relationships, providing post-sales technical support, and gathering market feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Qualifications

- The candidate should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand customer requirements, configure solutions, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- The candidate should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and deliver a positive end-to-end client experience.
- The candidate should possess clear and professional Communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and prepare concise documentation and presentations.
- The candidate should ideally have knowledge of PCBA/SMT manufacturing processes, production equipment, and related software tools.
- The candidate should have the ability to work in office with customers, travel as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in engineering (electronics, electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical background is preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial equipment sales, electronics manufacturing, or automation solutions will be an advantage.
