Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify potential customers that fit Lawcubator's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

- Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers such as HR Heads, HR Managers,Founders, and Business Leaders.

- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.

- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

1. Outbound Sales

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Conduct personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.

- Follow structured follow-up sequences to engage prospects.

- Understand prospect pain points and communicate Lawcubator's value proposition clearly.

- Handle initial objections and identify opportunities for further discussion.

1. Lead Qualification

- Qualify leads based on company profile, requirements, decision-making authority, businessneed, and potential fit.

- Conduct initial qualification/discovery conversations where required.





- Identify genuine sales opportunities and avoid passing unqualified leads to the sales team.

1. Meeting & Demo Generation

- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

- Confirm meetings and follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows.

- Provide the sales team with relevant information about the prospect before the meeting.

1. CRM Management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and lead information in the CRM.

- Record calls, emails, follow-ups, responses, and lead status.

- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

- Maintain proper pipeline hygiene and provide regular activity reports.

1. Collaboration

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams.

- Share prospect feedback, objections, and common customer requirements.

- Continuously improve outreach messaging and prospecting strategies based on results.
