Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end order lifecycle — sales handover, artwork cycles, press slotting, dispatch, payment collection.
- Be the single point of contact for clients; build relationships that drive repeat orders.
- Interface with production planning to safeguard the 10-day SLA; escalate risks early with proposed solutions.
- Handle sample kit dispatch, follow-up, and sample-to-order conversion within 24 hours.
- Maintain pristine CRM — every call, email, iteration and payment milestone logged in real time.
- Build the repeat-order pipeline; pitch recent sizes, SKUs and seasonal variants.
- Track B only: Manage a 25-40 order portfolio from Day 30, own a revenue pod, mentor 2-3 trainee Coordinators.

Eligibility

Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Print Engineering,



Packaging Tech or Graphic Arts from IIP / PVG / MIT / SIES / Anna / Jadavpur / AMU / GNDU or equivalent.

3-5 years as Coordinator / Client Servicing / Production Planner in printing / flexible packaging / labels. HP Indigo exposure preferred.

Onboarding

3-month structured programme: shop-floor + CRM + shadow coordination.

2-week accelerated induction; live portfolio from Week 3.

1st Promotion

12-18 months → Senior Coordinator

9-12 months → Team Lead / Asst. Manager
