Job Summary

We have an urgent requirement for a Sales Coordinator for our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders and day-to-day sales coordination.

- Handle Sales Order and related transactions in SAP Business One / ERP.

- Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Production, Procurement, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

- Track customer orders from order receipt to production and dispatch.

- Follow up for material availability and production status.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to sales and pending orders.

- Maintain sales documentation, customer records, quotations, sales orders, and dispatch documents.

- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.

- Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and pending orders to the concerned team.

- Ensure smooth Order-to-Dispatch coordination.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One / ERP.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Good follow-up and customer-handling ability.

- Manufacturing/Engineering industry experience preferred.

- Candidate should be proactive and able to work under deadlines.
