Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Automobile Sales Executive for one of our clients who will handle company-provided leads, understand customers' vehicle-related requirements, recommend relevant automotive services, and convert enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle and follow up on company-provided leads
- Understand customers' requirements related to car repair, painting, detailing and protection services
• Explain services such as car painting, PPF, ceramic/graphene coating, dent & accidental repair, modifications and other auto-care solutions
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals based on customer requirements
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about services, pricing and timelines
- Coordinate with the workshop/technical team for inspections, quotations and service execution
- Maintain lead and customer records and regularly update the CRM
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business/referrals
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
Requirements
• 6 months+ experience in Automobile Sales / Auto Services / B2C Sales / Retail Sales / Inside Sales
• Candidates from car dealerships, auto workshops, car detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, insurance or automotive services will be relevant
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Good follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
- Basic understanding/interest in automobiles and automotive services
- Ability to convert leads into customer appointments and bookings
