Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Sales Coordinator position at our office in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator supports customers from inquiry through to dispatch: logging and reviewing inquiries and RFQs, preparing techno-commercial offers, processing purchase orders, and preparing the technical documentation that goes with each order.

Daily work includes preparing General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) with the design team, preparing Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) to customer and project requirements, managing document submissions and revisions through customer portals, and compiling dispatch documents such as test certificates, MTCs, IOM manuals and packing lists. The role also involves coordinating with production,



QA/QC and dispatch on delivery schedules and inspection calls, responding to customer calls and emails, and maintaining inquiry, offer and order records.

Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years in sales coordination, inside sales or back-office support, preferably with valves, pumps or other engineered products.
- Working knowledge of industrial valves, piping standards (API, ASME, IS) and material grades, with the ability to read engineering drawings and datasheets.
- Experience preparing quotations and technical submittals, and tracking orders through the sales cycle.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with clear written English. Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP or CRM exposure is an advantage.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to handle several inquiries and deadlines at once.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline. An engineering degree is not required.
