Water Store is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist with sales coordination, customer communication, and team activities at our Pattoor branch.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily activities of the sales team.
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain follow-up records.
- Track leads, orders, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate between customers, sales staff, and service teams.
- Maintain sales-related information in MS Excel.
- Assist the team with quotations, updates, and documentation.
- Monitor pending customer follow-ups and ensure timely coordination.
- Support the team in achieving smooth day-to-day sales operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Any Degree.
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Previous team-handling experience is required.
- MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to organize and follow up on multiple activities.
