We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, explaining our products and services to customers, and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Clearly explain products/services and answer customer queries
Generate leads and schedule appointments
Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in our system
Prepare quotations for customers
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate (or specify as needed,
e.g., High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree)
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work effectively under pressure
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply!
