Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their two-wheeler requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right two-wheeler based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct test rides and explain vehicle features to prospective customers.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and messages.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership performance.
- Maintain customer records and update sales information.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure a smooth buying experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification:
Plus Two or equivalent.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in automobile or retail sales is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
