? Job Role
As a Seller BDA, you will work in field sales, connect with property owners and customers, conduct property/site visits, explain No-broker services, and help close successful property transactions.
? Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet property owners and customers for sales, rentals and leases.
- Conduct property/site visits and assist buyers.
- Explain property details, pricing and No-broker services.
- Collect and update accurate property information.
- Negotiate with buyers and sellers and help close deals.
- Onboard property owners and promote No-broker services.
- Update property and customer details in the No-broker App/CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
? Requirements
✅ Diploma or Graduation mandatory
✅ Freshers / Up to 2 years of field-sales experience
✅ Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Two-wheeler + valid driving licence mandatory
✅ Smartphone mandatory
✅ English + any one required regional language
