Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Sales and Business Development Intern role at our company based in Thane. The candidate will engage in a variety of tasks such as:

- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Generating leads through multiple channels
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends and competitor activities.
- Lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, online portals, cold calling, offline collaborations etc.
- Support the Sales Team in preparing Sales pitch / presentations / content creation etc




- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for requirement understanding.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Sound knowledge and skilled in strategising sales and marketing activities.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
- Is up-to-date with use of AI in IT/ITES industry.
- Recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
