Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, education, and retail sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital channels, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.

Sales Management

- Meet prospective clients and understand their facility management and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare customized service proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and pricing.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Client Relationship Management

- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Tender & Proposal Management





- Monitor and participate in RFQs, RFPs, and tender opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial submissions.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports to management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in:

Ø Facility Management Services

Ø Building Maintenance

Ø Property Management

Ø HVAC Services

Ø Technical Services

Ø Housekeeping Services

Ø Security Services

Ø

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Housekeeping, MEP Services, HVAC, AMC Contracts, or Technical Maintenance Services will be given preference.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–8 Years (adaptable based on role level)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
