Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full time, on-site role focused on driving revenue growth through strategic account management, new business acquisition, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the enterprise sector.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.
- Present and pitch software solutions, including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT-based products, to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address specific client needs and industry challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a results-oriented approach.
- Continuously build market knowledge and stay updated on emerging trends in technology and financial services.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years' experience in Sales in Banking vertical
- Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in selling software products or solutions.
- Strong ability to pitch and close deals for technology solutions such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelors degree in Tech or Business Administration
