Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Sales

Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting appropriate jewelry pieces while providing accurate product information.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, managing inventory on the shop floor, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable. The role involves answering customer inquiries, assisting with fittings and customization requests, and supporting promotional activities.

Associate will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets, follow company policies, and deliver a professional and respectful customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
- Sales and retail experience, including handling transactions, meeting sales goals, and working in a fast-paced store setting.
- Basic product knowledge or interest in jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals, with a willingness to learn and stay informed.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, courteous, and professional speaking abilities.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity in managing cash, documentation, and high-value inventory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and collaborate with a team.
- Prior experience in jewelry or luxury retail is an advantage; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
