Key Responsibilities:
- Front-of-House Management: Welcoming members, handling walk-ins, and managing phone/email enquiries.
- Sales & Conversion: Following up on leads and converting enquiries into active gym memberships.
- Brand Representation: Providing information about our classes and ensuring every visitor has a premium experience.
- Administration: Maintaining accurate member records and managing basic gym floor coordination.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Confidence: You are comfortable striking up conversations and selling the advantages of a fitness lifestyle.
- Experience: We are open to freshers with the right attitude, as well as experienced candidates from hospitality, retail, or business development backgrounds.
- Professionalism:
Presentable appearance and excellent communication skills are a must.
