Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mylavaram. The person in this position will engage directly with customers, understand their requirements, present product features and benefits, and support them through the selection and purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales while maintaining accurate records in sales systems.

The Sales

Associate will coordinate with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, handle basic after-sales support,



and help resolve customer issues. The role also involves monitoring local market trends, contributing to sales targets, and participating in promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Robust customer relationship skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional presentation.
- Sales and negotiation capabilities to identify prospects, explain product value, and support closing deals.
- Basic understanding of electrical or electronic products, or willingness to learn technical product details quickly.
- Ability to use common office and sales tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking systems).
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Mylavaram and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in retail or B2B sales, preferably in electrical, electronics, or industrial products, is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
