Creator’s Crew is an influencer marketing agency that works with brands and creators to build impactful digital campaigns and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential brands and clients for influencer marketing opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to create relevant campaign proposals.
- Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update sales and CRM records.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with campaign and creator teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.




- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in sales, business development, influencer marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Good understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing brand/agency relationships and a robust industry network will be an advantage.
