Initial Salary: ₹15,000/month for the first 3 months

Salary Review: After 3 months, compensation may be increased based on performance and results.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Associate / Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients, reach out to decision-makers, generate qualified leads, book meetings, and help convert prospects into clients.

The role involves a combination of cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, Apollo lead generation, Instagram outreach, follow-ups, meeting booking, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Apollo, Instagram, Google, and other platforms
- Make outbound/cold calls to prospective clients and introduce our services
- Send personalized messages, emails, and follow-ups to prospects
- Connect with business owners, founders, marketing teams, and decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads and book meetings/demos
- Attend or assist in sales meetings where required and help move opportunities toward closure
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion status
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for proposals and quotations




- Work toward monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, proposals, and client conversions
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients

Services You Will Sell SvayambhuTech provides digital and technology services including Website Development, Custom Web Applications, Mobile/Application Development, UI/UX Design, SEO, Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and related digital solutions.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone with good English and Hindi communication skills, confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and a strong willingness to learn sales. Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn, Apollo, Instagram outreach, lead generation, or digital/IT service sales will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust interest in sales can also apply.

Compensation

First 3 months: ₹15,000 per month.

After completion of the initial 3-month period, salary will be reviewed based on performance, including lead quality, meetings generated, consistency, sales contribution, and overall performance. Based on the review, the salary may be increased.
