Role Description The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role supports the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

The Sales

Assistant helps manage appointments, follow-up communications, and basic order processing to ensure a smooth customer journey. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, updating sales reports, and assisting with the preparation of presentations and sales materials.



The role also involves providing courteous customer service, addressing basic product questions, and escalating complex issues to senior sales staff as needed.
