Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Mumbai. The specialist will support day-to-day sales activities, including identifying prospects, presenting products and services, following up on leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The role involves contributing to marketing campaigns, assisting with promotions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective market outreach.

The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience at all stages.



Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, participating in training sessions, and offering feedback to improve sales processes and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Training and Sales Management to support team development and help drive sales performance.
