Job Overview

- Role: Sales Executive – Furniture Manufacturing
- Industry: Furniture Manufacturing / B2B & Retail Sales
- Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Business Development
- Location: Field and Office-based

Your Role

- Visit D & B Firms, Architects, Interior designers, Contractors.
- Generate leads and new business opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships
- Promote and present our products
- Follow up on leads and achieve monthly targets
- Gather market & competitor insights

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Find current business through cold calling, market networking, and industry referrals.
- Product Presentations & Consultations: Demonstrate furniture catalogs, explain raw material options (wood, metal, fabric), and offer custom manufacturing solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to close B2B or retail sales contracts.




- Production Coordination: Work closely with the manufacturing and dispatch teams to ensure correct specifications and on-time order execution.
- Account Management: Maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and contractors for repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Min. 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and negotiation skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of interior layouts, furniture construction.

Confident, energetic & self-motivated

Willingness to travel for field visits

Sales/field marketing experience preferred

Experience in Furniture, Modular Seating or Customized products.
