About the Company

WINNDO is a new-age B2B platform transforming retail procurement for the electrical sector. The company connects retailers with leading electrical brands, combining trusted product quality with technology-driven efficiency.

We offer a one-stop platform where retailers, from local shops to large-format stores, can access thousands of products from multiple brands at competitive prices. By streamlining supplier interactions and consolidating invoicing, the platform reduces operational complexity and helps retailers manage their business more effectively. The company focuses on making procurement faster, simpler, and more transparent for its partners.

We're live with our platform and have early traction, now we're looking for the person who takes this from early traction to real, repeatable growth.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, founder-facing role. You'll report directly to the founder, and there's no existing team to inherit, which means you get to shape how this function is built from the ground up. If you like structure handed to you, this isn't it.

What You'll Do

Onboard retailers, dealers, and other B2B buyers onto the Winndo platform

Build a lead pipeline and convert it into consistent, repeat sales

Own buyer relationships end-to-end. Acquisition through retention

Run day-to-day ground operations and be a key decision-maker in how we scale

Work directly with the founder on strategy, pricing, and growth calls

Must-Haves

3-5 years of experience in B2B e-commerce, electrical/hardware distribution, or industrial B2B sales A track record of working with or selling to retailers/dealers

Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

High ownership mentality

Nice-to-Haves

Experience specifically in the electrical goods or hardware sector

Prior experience in B2B e-commerce
