Role Description The Sales and Operations Intern will support daily sales outreach and operational coordination for SuperWebs 360’s web development and digital marketing projects.

Key responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, maintaining client databases and CRM entries, preparing proposals and presentations, and following up with prospective and existing clients. The intern will help coordinate between sales, marketing, and development teams, track project progress, and contribute to basic market research and competitor analysis.



This is an internship role with a hybrid work model, based in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Ability to support operations activities such as documentation, scheduling, and basic project coordination.
- Comfort with digital tools, including spreadsheets, presentation software, and CRM or similar systems.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in web development and digital marketing services; prior exposure or coursework in these areas is a plus.
