ONE Learning is looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our healthcare learning courses and medical simulation products.

Role Details

- Position: Sales Executive
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Location: Noida
- Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and build solid customer relationships.
- Promote and sell healthcare courses, training programs, and medical simulators.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate products to hospitals, medical colleges, universities, and healthcare institutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records and sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with institutional stakeholders and key customers.
- Travel for client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and workshops as required.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development.



Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A target-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Comfort with field sales and customer meetings.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to understand and confidently explain technical products.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, education, edtech, or B2B sales is an advantage.
