We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to join our team and help build the market for our NIR-based analytical technology.

Our technology is focused on providing rapid, on-site analytical testing solutions for industries such as spices, food processing, agriculture, laboratories and trading.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities.
- Develop customers across spices, food, agriculture, laboratories and related industries.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, quotations and negotiations.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM and regularly report sales pipeline and progress.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Travel across India for customer meetings and demonstrations.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development / technical sales preferred.
- Experience in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, food technology, agriculture, spices or analytical products will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
