Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Bhopal, is for a Sales and Marketing Specialist who will drive business growth and brand visibility. The individual will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and build long-term relationships with clients across Affy Cloud Solution’s service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting solutions to prospective customers, delivering product and service demonstrations, supporting customer onboarding, and coordinating training sessions when needed.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing to develop campaigns, gather market insights, improve messaging, and provide feedback to enhance service positioning and customer experience.



The Specialist will maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, such as lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product or solution demonstrations and help clients adopt services effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management skills to plan targets, monitor performance, and support forecasting activities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or IT services sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions, HR tech, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, use CRM tools, and analyze basic sales and marketing data is preferred.
