Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Chennai. The specialist will identify and pursue current business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and promote AdBlue solutions to transport, logistics, and automotive clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales visits, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and achieving revenue and volume targets. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, gathering market and competitor insights, and assisting in training customers on product benefits and proper usage.



Collaboration with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or industrial markets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support product education, monitor sales performance, and coordinate team activities.
- Relevant experience in automotive, transportation, logistics, or industrial products is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel to customer locations, and manage field activities independently.
- Basic knowledge of emission standards, diesel vehicle operations, or technical products is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
