Senior B2B Business Development Executive

Base Location: Chandigarh and Delhi NCR

Travel: Chandigarh & nearby areas of Himachal Pradesh And Delhi NCR for Delhi Candidate

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

SDPB BIOCOSE is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior B2B Business Development Executive to expand our direct B2B business.

This is a 100% B2B role. The position is focused on direct business development and does not involve distributor, dealer, retailer or consumer sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities
- Identify potential corporate and institutional clients
- Connect with purchase/procurement teams and key decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking and outbound sales
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial presentations
- Negotiate and close B2B business opportunities
- Maintain and develop long-term business relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong and updated sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and client requirements
- Submit regular sales and market reports to management

Candidate Requirements





3–4 years of proven B2B Sales / Business Development experience

Strong lead-generation and client-acquisition skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience dealing directly with business decision-makers/procurement teams

Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities

Target-oriented and focused on business conversion

Willingness to travel regularly in Chandigarh and nearby Himachal Pradesh and Delhi NCR

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel will be preferred

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month

Performance Incentives: Additional incentive based on business achievement

Travel/TA-DA: As per company policy

Annual Review: Based on performance

Performance Incentive The incentive will be linked primarily to actual B2B business generated and converted, rather than only calls or meetings.
