Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Personnel role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, managing existing client relationships, and promoting PIR preinsulated duct systems, nitrile rubber insulation, and related products. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales visits and product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals.

The role also includes coordinating with the technical and operations teams, gathering market intelligence, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.



The Sales and Marketing Personnel will contribute to brand building, participate in industry events as needed, and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure.
- Marketing capabilities such as basic digital marketing awareness, campaign support, and brand promotion in B2B environments.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product features and benefits related to insulation, ducting, or HVAC solutions.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and working with targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with on-site client visits in and around Mumbai and willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Integrity, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
