Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will engage with potential and existing customers, explain service offerings, and respond to inquiries both in person and via phone or digital channels. Daily responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, conducting sales visits, preparing basic quotes, and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

The representative will support marketing activities such as promoting services, gathering customer feedback, assisting with local campaigns, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure customer expectations are met.



The role also involves learning and communicating product and service knowledge, tracking sales performance, and participating in ongoing training to improve sales and customer engagement skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to clearly present services, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional efforts for coatings and painting services.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and apply product knowledge when guiding customers on suitable solutions.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include basic knowledge of the painting or home improvement industry, familiarity with local Bengaluru market trends, proficiency with digital tools (email, messaging apps, spreadsheets), and the ability to work on-site and travel locally as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
