Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Ernakulam(only candidates based out of Kochi will be considered). The person in this role will identify and qualify leads, present Cognior’s Digital Adoption Platform to prospective clients, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Daily tasks include conducting product demos, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events.

The role involves building strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries,



providing post-sales support in coordination with customer success teams, and gathering market feedback to refine messaging. The Sales and Marketing Representative will also participate in training sessions to stay current on product features, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing, including lead generation, pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to clients and internal teams in a structured, engaging manner.
- Familiarity with technology or SaaS products, ideally in AI, analytics, or digital transformation domains.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics (e.g., email campaigns, social media, events) and how they support sales objectives.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and data to track activities, forecast opportunities, and report on performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
