Studio Green.FIT is a Pune-based health and nutrition brand making healthy eating practical, personalised and enjoyable. We create high-protein, high-fibre meals for everyday nutrition, fat loss and muscle gain, along with customised meal plans for people managing concerns such as diabetes, PCOS, thyroid conditions and food intolerances. Our business operates across subscriptions, online ordering, corporate meal programmes, fitness partnerships and community events.

We are looking for two energetic interns who want hands-on exposure to building and selling a differentiated health-focused consumer brand.

1. On-Ground Activation and Events Intern

This role is suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, explaining products and creating engaging brand experiences.

Responsibilities

- Represent Studio Green.FIT at corporate events, gyms, exhibitions and community activations.
- Speak with potential customers and explain our meals, subscriptions and health-focused offerings.
- Help plan stalls, sampling activities, displays and event logistics.
- Capture leads, customer feedback and enquiries accurately.
- Follow up with interested customers and support subscription conversions.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, sales and marketing teams for event requirements.
- Prepare short reports on leads, customer responses and event outcomes.

2. Digital Marketing and Online Sales Intern

This role is suited to someone interested in social media, content, digital campaigns and online customer conversion. Someone who is a social media influencer or knows how to drive brand influence is most welcome.

Responsibilities

- Support social media content planning and publishing.
- Help create posts, reels, campaign ideas and customer communication.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers and content partners.
- Assist with WhatsApp, website and social-media enquiries.
- Follow up on digital leads and help convert them into trials and subscriptions.
- Support online marketplace listings, offers and campaign execution.
- Track campaign reach, leads, engagement and conversions.
- Research relevant health, nutrition and consumer trends.

- Can use basic tools such as Canva, Excel or Google Sheets and are comfortable with AI tools.
- Are willing to learn through practical assignments and direct customer interaction.

Interns will be evaluated on ownership, reliability, quality of execution, communication, lead generation, conversions, reporting and teamwork.

Strong performers may be considered for a paid internship or full-time prospect after the initial two-month programme. Conversion will depend on performance and available business requirements.
