Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Hyderabad. The intern will support the sales and marketing team by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in outreach campaigns across online and offline channels. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospects, responding to customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about Napplied’s products and services.

The intern will help prepare sales presentations, support product demonstrations, and contribute to basic market research and competitor analysis.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, updating CRM or tracking tools, and participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with prospects and clients.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess basic Training and Sales Management skills to support internal onboarding activities and assist in organizing sales processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving startup setting.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or spreadsheets, and an interest in technology and AI-driven solutions.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
