Job Responsibilities

- Promote The Thrills Fun Park through local marketing, social media, and promotional activities.
- Generate leads and attract individual customers, schools, colleges, corporate groups, and families.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding park facilities, packages, offers, and events.
- Conduct field marketing and develop relationships with local businesses, institutions, and travel groups.
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns, offers, events, and seasonal activities.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings or visits.
- Support ticket booking, ticket sales, ticket counter operations, and ticket issuance when required.
- Maintain daily records of sales, customer enquiries, bookings, and ticket collections.
- Coordinate with the operations, reception,



and management teams for smooth customer service.
- Collect customer feedback and help improve promotional strategies.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Willingness to perform field marketing when required.
