About The Dry Company The Dry Company (Sirius Capitals) is an FSSAI-licensed food manufacturer in Chennai making 100% natural dehydrated vegetable, fruit and herb powders – Moringa, Beetroot, Amla, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Curry Leaves and more. We sell to food manufacturers, retailers and directly to consumers through Amazon, Flipkart and Instagram. We are a growing startup looking for a driven person to build our sales.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + performance-based incentives on sales.

Location: Alamathi, Red Hills, Chennai – 600052 (office + field work).

Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Key responsibilities

- Find and meet B2B buyers – food manufacturers, bakeries, restaurants, caterers, health-food stores and supermarkets; share samples and quotations and follow up to close orders.
- Build retail tie-ups with supermarkets, petrol-station convenience stores and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).
- Support our online sales on Amazon, Flipkart and our website – monitor orders, reviews and offers.
- Help run Instagram and WhatsApp marketing – product reels, posts,



customer queries and promotions.
- Maintain records of leads, visits, quotations and orders in Excel / Google Sheets and share weekly reports.
- Take part in exhibitions, sampling drives and product demos.
- Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors and customer needs.

Requirements

- Any graduate; BBA / MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products. Freshers with robust communication skills may apply.
- Good spoken Tamil and English; Hindi is a plus.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is compulsory (regular field visits).
- Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets, email) and comfortable with Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
- Target-driven, honest and willing to learn in a startup environment.

Nice to have

- Contacts with bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets or food distributors in Chennai.
- Experience with Amazon / Flipkart seller panels or creating social media content.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
