Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Management Information Systems Intern based in Bengaluru North. The intern will support sales activities by assisting in prospecting, preparing proposals, and following up with business clients, while helping maintain accurate sales and MIS records. Daily tasks include coordinating with customer service teams, updating dashboards and reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.





The intern will also assist in training support materials for sales teams and participate in process improvement initiatives related to insurance distribution. This internship offers exposure to commercial insurance, technology-enabled broking, and data-driven decision-making in a rapid-growing organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with business clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Training-related abilities to help create and maintain sales and MIS process documentation.
- Basic understanding of Management Information Systems, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, dashboards) is preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and ability to work with structured data.
- Comfort with technology platforms and willingness to learn insurance and fintech concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru North and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
