Preference: Local candidates from Delhi/NCR preferred About the Role TruIntel Reform Foundation is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Advisors to join our WFO sales team. The role involves selling and promoting our Honorary Doctorate (HD) recognition programmes and POSH training/certification programmes.

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls and connect with prospective leads.

- Explain Honorary Doctorate (HD) and POSH programmes clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and convert qualified leads into enrolments.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Handle customer questions and sales objections effectively.
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Use available content, event videos and organisational achievements to build credibility during sales conversations.



What We’re Looking For - Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience in tele-sales, counselling, education sales or B2C sales will be an advantage.
- Local candidates from Delhi/NCR preferred.
