Requirements
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Previous sales/telesales experience preferred.
- Malayalam fluency required; basic English communication preferred.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply (Salary will be different).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and generate sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Build relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and business clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
