Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding client requirements, arranging property site visits, and converting leads into successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Initiate calls and communicate with potential clients.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and suggest suitable options.
- Make cold calls and send messages to prospective customers.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Support clients throughout the purchase process,
including documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify current projects, properties, and builders.
- Maintain good knowledge of real estate processes, rules, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and builders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of B2C sales experience.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Voice Process will be preferred.
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler/bike.
- Must be comfortable with property site visits.
- Passionate about sales and target achievement.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Well-groomed and professionally dressed.
