Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.

Configure and administer SailPoint platforms across enterprise environments.

Develop and manage Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes.

Create and maintain workflows, access certifications, policies, and provisioning configurations.

Develop custom rules, integrations, and automation using SailPoint extensibility frameworks, APIs, and custom logic.

Build and maintain integrations with Active Directory, SAP HR, JDBC, Web Services, IBM i, cloud applications, and other enterprise systems.

Deploy releases across SailPoint environments and participate in change management, software maintenance, and onboarding activities.

Support application onboarding and implementation of various identity governance patterns.

Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management incidents.

Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture designs, and operational procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Must-Have Skills

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) administration and configuration





SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and implementation

Workflow development and automation

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts

SailPoint APIs, extensibility framework, and custom development

Core Java and/or BeanShell scripting

Access Certifications, Identity Lifecycle Management, Role Management, and Provisioning

Integration experience with AD, SAP HR, JDBC, Web Services, Cloud Applications, and SaaS platforms

Hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA) projects

Experience with cloud-based SaaS IAM solutions

Release deployment, production support, and change management activities

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of IAM security best practices and compliance frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Profile

Experience working on enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management programs

Strong understanding of access reviews, governance policies, and compliance controls

Experience mentoring team members and supporting large-scale SailPoint deployments
