Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments and emergency response procedures.
- Provide training to employees on safety protocols, policies, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry as a Safety Officer Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of TAT (Time And Motion) principles for productive work execution.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., incident reports, audits) to inform decision-making.
