- Implement HSE Management Systems and processes for Real Estate Division (EPC).
- Direct EH&S; activities include planning, implementing, and managing HSE Management System performance to ensure that HSE objectives are attained.
- Develop HSE standards & procedure to meet the construction excellence. Management programs completion and maintained Environmental compliance and Risk Register.
- Continual improvement through implementing HSE best practices and benchmarking HSE performance.
- Timely implementation of recommendations of HSE Audits.
- Provide support and guidance for solving HSE related issues & carry out periodic safety/compliance audits.
- Take lead for successful implementation of all improvement projects related to HSE
- Ensure HSE management systems is effective to manage risks
- Systems, Policies & Procedures: Lead the development of a comprehensive world-class Safety Management system and Environmental Management to systematically reduce incident rates, adhering to procedures and norms,
managing the environmental aspects and reduction in non-conformities and sustain them at very low levels.
- Schedule and conduct periodic HSE audit in the Real Estate business.
- MIS: Coordinate and provide analysis & insights, inputs/information, for various levels of MIS as defined to enable timely decision making to achieve business plan objectives.

- To ensure weekly/ monthly reports and furnish details to corporate.
- Maintained HSE Leading and Lagging parameter records.
- Investigate workplace incidents, injuries & near misses to determine root causes. Develop and implement corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.
- Well versed with all HSE related legal requirements and maintained the records.
- Well versed with MPCB /CPCB / PESO /SMPV/OISD/NBC /Factory Act/ BOCW /CMV Rule/OHSAS/OSHA/Electrical Rules etc.
- Develop and Conduct HSE Training plan. Provide HSE training and awareness.
