We are hiring an experienced Safety Engineer for a high-rise building construction project in Pune. The candidate should have robust knowledge of construction safety, statutory compliance and site HSE management.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies and safety procedures at construction sites.
- Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits and toolbox talks.
- Ensure safety compliance during high-rise construction, RCC works, scaffolding and work-at-height activities.
- Monitor tower crane operations, lifting activities, hoists and material handling.
- Prepare HIRA, JSA, risk assessments and safety reports.
- Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and permit-to-work systems.
- Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.




- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for safety compliance.
- Conduct safety induction and training for site workers.
- Maintain safety documentation, inspection records and monthly HSE reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and construction safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech. + ADIS (Mandatory).
- Experience: 57 years in construction safety.
- Project Experience: High-rise residential or commercial building construction experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of work-at-height safety, scaffolding, lifting operations and construction safety standards.
- Good communication, reporting and site coordination skills.
