Job Title: SAP ABAP Technical Lead

Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced, self-driven SAP ABAP Technical Lead who can independently own technical solution delivery across multiple SAP modules. This role goes beyond development—it requires technical leadership, architecture thinking, stakeholder communication, cross-functional coordination, and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical discussions, creating design presentations, coordinating with Basis, Security, Functional, and Integration teams, and driving technical decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead end-to-end technical design and development activities for SAP solutions.

Own technical workstreams and drive delivery independently.

Mentor junior developers and perform technical reviews.

Translate business requirements into scalable SAP technical solutions.

Identify technical risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies. SAP Development Expert-level ABAP development including:

CDS Views

AMDP

Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements)

Reports

Interfaces

Forms (Adobe Forms/SmartForms/SAPScript)

Dialog Programming

Workflow enhancements

RFC/BAPI development

Strong understanding of RAP programming model is preferred.

Experience developing Fiori OData services (Gateway).

Performance Optimization Debugging

Must possess deep troubleshooting capabilities including: Advanced ABAP debugging





Runtime analysis (SAT)

Memory analysis

Update task troubleshooting

Background job troubleshooting

Lock analysis
