We are seeking an experienced Rubrik Backup Administrator to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do:
? Administer and maintain Rubrik backup environments across multiple platforms
? Monitor backup jobs and resolve failures or issues promptly
? Develop and implement backup policies, schedules, and disaster recovery plans
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data protection requirements
? Optimize storage utilization and ensure compliance with retention policies
? Perform regular system upgrades and patch management
? Provide technical support during audits and incident investigations
What We're Looking For:
- 5–8 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps / IaC roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent technical discipline.
- Robust hands-on experience with Rubrik CDM and enterprise backup platforms.
- Solid understanding of backup concepts (RPO/RTO, deduplication, replication, archival).
- Experience with backup tools such as Veeam, NetBackup, Commvault (added advantage).
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure backup and disaster recovery services.
- Experience with Linux/Windows environments and virtualization platforms (VMware preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and incident management skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
