Required Skills & Experience

- 7–8 years of total experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in RSA Archer GRC platform (implementation and administration).
- Proven experience in:
- Configuring applications, fields, layouts, workflows, DDEs, calculated fields, and dashboard development.
- Implementing multiple Archer use cases/modules (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Third‑Party, Issues, Audit).
- Managing user access, roles, groups, and platform administration.
- Strong understanding of GRC concepts:
- Enterprise risk management, IT risk, compliance management, policy management, vendor risk, audit processes.
- Common control frameworks and standards (ISO, NIST, SOX, etc.).
- Technical skills:
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and query/report optimization.
- Familiarity with APIs, REST/SOAP, web services, and data integration methods.
- Exposure to scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python)

- Experience working with on‑prem or cloud hosting environments for Archer.
- Robust analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Preferred / Good-to-Have

- RSA Archer certifications (e.g., Archer Certified Specialist/Professional).
- Experience in large‑scale Archer implementations or multi‑region deployments.
- Background in Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Audit.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare).
- Familiarity with other GRC tools and ability to support migrations to Archer.
