Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RPA Developer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the UiPath ecosystem to join our Process Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robotic process automations that drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical expertise in building both resilient UI-based automations and robust backend API integrations using UiPath.

You will play a critical role in scaling our automation footprint, managing and enhancing our existing bot fleet, and ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality automated workflows while working aligned with UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

● Design & Development: Architect and build reliable, scalable, and secure RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, following enterprise best practices and the Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework.

● UI & API Automation: Develop complex workflows requiring a hybrid approach, seamlessly integrating frontend UI interactions (web, desktop, legacy systems) with backend API calls (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML) to maximize process speed and stability.

● Bot Maintenance & Enhancement: Actively monitor, maintain, and support existing bots in production environments. Identify areas for optimization, perform necessary break-fix resolutions, and implement continuous enhancements to improve bot performance and stability.

● Deployment & Orchestration: Manage bot deployment, scheduling, queue management, and asset configuration within UiPath Orchestrator.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with process owners, business analysts, and QA teams to gather requirements, document technical specifications (PDD/SDD), and ensure automations meet business objectives.

● UK Shift Support:



Consistently operate within UK shift timings to provide seamless support, communication, and real-time troubleshooting for business stakeholders and production deployments based in the UK.

● Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, implement robust exception handling, and ensure all automations are built for maintainability and scalability.

Required Qualifications

● Experience: 3 to 4 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in RPA development exclusively using the UiPath platform.

● Shift Alignment: Willingness and proven ability to work UK shift timings from India.

● API Integration Expertise: Proven ability to consume and integrate web services and APIs within UiPath workflows (using HTTP Request activities, deserializing JSON, parsing XML, and managing authentication tokens).

● UI Automation Mastery: Strong proficiency in navigating complex UI automation challenges, including agile selectors, modern vs. classic design experiences, computer vision, and handling Citrix/VDI environments.

● UiPath Ecosystem: Deep understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, unattended/attended robots, and the REFramework.

● Technical Background: Solid foundational programming knowledge in VB.NET, C#, or Python, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and DOM structures.

● Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of debugging and resolving complex technical issues in production environments.

Preferred Skills

● UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.

● Experience integrating UiPath with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and writing complex SQL queries.

● Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

● Exposure to automated testing practices, including UiPath Test Suite.
