Role Description The Router role is a full time, on-site position based in Palasi. The Router is responsible for operating routing machinery to cut, shape, and finish materials according to technical drawings and production specifications. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, monitoring operations for accuracy and safety, and performing routine checks to maintain equipment performance.

The role involves collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production targets,



following safety protocols, and documenting work completed. The Router may also assist in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate routing or similar machining equipment and follow technical drawings or production instructions.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, material handling, and workshop safety practices.
- Attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and ability to measure and inspect parts for accuracy.
- Willingness to work on-site in Palasi and collaborate effectively with a diverse production team.
- Prior experience in machining, fabrication, or an industrial environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills; vocational training in machining or mechanical trades is an advantage.
