Role Description The Robotics Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for designing and delivering robotics training programs for students across various grade levels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting hands-on sessions in robotics labs, demonstrating safe operation and basic programming of robots, and guiding learners through practical projects and competitions. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting robotic equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring all tools and machines are used safely and effectively.

Trainer will collaborate with teaching staff to integrate robotics concepts into the broader curriculum, assess learner progress,



and provide constructive feedback. Additional responsibilities include updating training materials, staying current with industry trends, and supporting school events related to STEM and innovation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Robotics and Robot operation, including familiarity with educational or industrial robots.
- Candidates should possess skills in Robotic Welding where applicable, with an understanding of safety procedures and basic welding techniques.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to diagnose issues and ensure reliable robotic system performance.
- Relevant skills such as basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C/C++ or block-based languages), electronics fundamentals, and experience with robotics kits or platforms (e.g., LEGO, Arduino, Raspberry Pi) are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field is preferred, along with prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in a STEM environment.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to school-age learners, and a cooperative, learner-centered approach are essential.
