- Operate and monitor RO and ETP plants on a daily basis.

- Monitor plant parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, flow and water levels.

- Operate and maintain pumps, motors, valves, filters and dosing systems.

- Carry out regular inspection of plant equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance and basic breakdown maintenance.

- Handle chemical dosing as per plant requirements.

- Carry out filter cleaning, backwashing and flushing activities.

- Assist with RO membrane cleaning and replacement.

- Identify problems such as low pressure, abnormal flow, leakage, pump issues and membrane performance issues.

- Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical and piping-related problems.

- Maintain daily plant operation records and maintenance logs.

- Monitor chemical consumption and maintain proper records.

- Ensure the plant operates continuously and efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the plant area.





- Follow safety procedures and proper PPE requirements.

- Report major breakdowns and technical issues to the supervisor/manager.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or related field preferred.

- 2–5 years of practical experience in RO / ETP / WTP operation and maintenance.

- Solid practical knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, filters and piping.

- Experience with RO membranes, chemical dosing and water-treatment equipment.

- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic plant problems.

- Ability to maintain daily log sheets and maintenance records.

- Willing to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹10,142.01 - ₹26,504.71 per month
